Bea is doing a terrific collaborative assembly for us 一甲子同學會，and I so enjoy everyone’s submissions! Hopefully, many more (all) of our classmates will contribute!

 

Patrick’s forward of photos with SJ and him is a meaningful composite of my reunion visit to TDFLLD and MTI (台揚科技)a few years ago.

 

Earlier this year, I had revised and updated the Vignettes from my father’s Memoir which our classmates can access at their leisure:

之雲早前才完成父親的回憶錄，在其3歲時，隨著外交官的父親，従二戰期間的重慶， 飛越喜馬拉雅山的駝峯，經過印度，為了躱避日本海軍，乘船繞道紐西蘭、橫渡太平洋 到美國 San Diego 下船，再轉往 芝加哥，開始駐美 外交官 家庭的生活。 直到二戰結束，又跟著父母到日本、菲律賓度過童年。是1956 ～1960  台大外文系優質學生。

 

之雲所寫的 17 篇 雜記，用英文寫成，由外文系的學妹周素鳳教授譯成中文，全書約八萬餘字，也在本網站《英千里教授紀念網站》轉載，非常精彩，動人。 請參閱。
